Mental Health Check-In ~ June 10
Today I am feeling a little lighter than just a week or 2 ago. I'm still processing but not as enraged.
But I wanted to share a post that was shared on ig May 29.
I've been feeling heavy lately ( 🧡 ). How're you feeling?
Sometimes I find that it is difficult to stay upbeat, optimistic & just overall inspired on life. Sometimes it's just best for me to process feelings in a way I see best for myself.
Personally, my self-care during this has been confusing. Unsure what I need, right at this moment, to feel free... safe... secure... love.
I'm goin gto take some moments to myself today & this weekend to sort through emotions.
